We meet every Tuesday. After we have dinner as a community, we spend a little bit of time journaling together. Kids then go to their programming, and adults go to their programming. We have a nursery available for kids birth - 6 years old. 

Adult programming consists of Team Time and Conversations. Team time happens on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month. This is dedicated time for Leaders and Allies to work together. This is a time of building relationships, setting goals, & problem solving any obstacles the leader may be facing. Conversations is our version of "continuing education". This happens on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday. Conversation topics vary. We have done positive parenting, healthy boundaries, stress coping skills, building healthy relationships - the topics are things that will help us all. 

The children's program focuses on building empathy, team building, healthy communications, stress coping skills,  & STEM activities are just a few examples. Susan also serves as an education advocator for our families and can attend IEP meetings, and help with school relationships as well. The kids have fun, while learning important life skills. We strongly believe that teaching the kids will make a change in the futures of these families!
